Due to the delicate nature and specialized packaging required for our larger fixtures, shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do your light fixtures come with a warranty?
Yes, all Dream Lighting products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and electrical malfunctions under normal residential use.
What happens if my order arrives with broken glass or crystals?
We offer a 'Fragile Protection' guarantee. If any component arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge.
Are your lighting products compatible with smart home dimmers?
The majority of our LED and incandescent fixtures are dimmable and compatible with most modern smart home systems like Lutron and Phillips Hue, provided you use the appropriate dimmable bulbs.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned for a refund due to safety and liability standards.

While we do not provide direct installation, all our products include a comprehensive step-by-step guide. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall installations.
